Payment Information

Online Payments
You can make a payment from a designated checking or savings account to your loan account through eServices at no charge. The first time you make a payment, you will need to review and agree to the online payment disclosure agreement.

To make a payment on your account:

  1. Select Make a Payment from Account Summary, the Pay icon or the Payments menu.
  2. Enter your desired payment date, payment amount, bank routing number, bank account number, and account type (checking or savings). Then select Submit to continue. Your bank account and routing number will be saved for future payments.
    • Your bank account and routing number is located on the bottom of a personal check. The bank routing number is the first nine numbers, and your account number is the next set of numbers. The third set of numbers is the check number. For your savings account number, please contact your financial institution.
  3. Verify your loan payment and bank account information. Then select Submit to continue or Back to make changes.
  4. You will receive a confirmation for your payment which includes a transaction tracking number for reference. Please print or save this page for your records.

To update your bank information:

  1. Select Make a Payment from Account Summary, the Pay icon or the Payments menu.
  2. In the Bank Information section, select the pencil icon to expand the bank account information fields.
  3. Update your bank routing number and bank account number as needed. Then select Continue to make a payment or Reset to revert to your previously saved bank information.

Pending Payments
If you have scheduled a payment through eServices, a Pending Payments button will be shown on Account Summary and on Make a Payment. You can view your scheduled payment by selecting Pending Payments. You can also view Pending Payments from the Pay icon or Payments menu.

If you would like to cancel a pending payment, please call us at 1-800-289-8004 so we can cancel the payment for you.

Payment History
You can view the Payment History for your accounts in eServices, which includes transaction dates, descriptions, amounts, and outstanding balance. To access your payment history, select either the View Payment History icon from Account Summary or Payment History from the Pay icon or Payments menu. You can select a date range to view payment history for each of your accounts.
