Enroll/Account Registration

To create an eServices account, you will need to complete the Account Registration process, and will need the following items: 

  • Your 10-digit account number – please see your account statement to locate your account number.
  • Social Security number.
  • User ID – you will need to create a User ID to sign on to your eServices account. User IDs must contain between seven and nine characters, and include at least one letter and one number. Your User ID is case sensitive.
  • Password – you will need to create a unique password to sign on to eServices. Passwords must be at least eight characters, and contain at least three out of the four following character types:
    1. an uppercase letter 
    2. a lowercase letter 
    3. a number
    4. a special character (#,!,@ etc.). Your password is case sensitive.
  • Email address – your email address will be used for account messages and User ID/password assistance.
  • Security questions – you will be asked to choose security questions and answers, which will be used for User ID/password assistance.
