Manage your account online

Enroll in eServices by registering online and get started today. You’ll need your 10-digit Wells Fargo Dealer Services loan number, your Social Security number, and your email address. Set up your User ID, password, and security questions, and you’re ready to enjoy the advantages of managing your account online.

Sign On page

Sign on to your account

Once you've registered for eServices, you can access your Wells Fargo Dealer Services account online at any time from your desktop, tablet, or mobile device. Whatever you choose, your online experience will be the same.

Visit wellsfargodealerservices.com to sign on to eServices or access eServices through the Sign On page.

Account Summary page

A quick overview of your account

Your Account Summary will give you quick access to make a payment, view eStatements, manage your notifications, and more.

You can select and manage multiple accounts from this screen, as well as quickly make a payment from the Make a Payment button or icon. Or you can select a different icon to get where you need to go next.

Payments navigation

Easy, online payments

eServices gives you the flexibility to easily make your loan payment online. Schedule your payment up to 30 days in advance, and receive instant online confirmation of your transaction. Select the Make a Payment button or icon from Account Summary or from the Payments menu.

All your payment options are conveniently located under the Pay icon or the Payments menu…view your pending payments, payment history, enroll in the Automatic Loan Payment (ALP) program, or get a payoff quote.

Easily manage your account

View your Loan Details to see more information about your loan – your original loan amount, interest rate and term, and maturity date.

You can also quickly Enroll in eStatements and change your delivery preference at any time. If you would like to change your payment due date, select Due Date Change Request to submit a request online.

Statements and Documents navigation

Access up to 12 months of statements online

Enroll in eStatements to view, download, and print up to 12 months of statements online. Print only what you need, when you need it — from your desktop, tablet, or mobile device. You will receive an email notification when your monthly account statement is available. You can also conveniently access other documents and letters, such as a payoff quote, paid-in-full or interest paid letter. 

Select the Statements & Documents section to download or view an eStatement or letter.

Profile and Settings navigation

Quickly update your online profile & settings

Your online account information is conveniently located under Profile & Settings. You can update your User ID, password, and security questions/answers in your Online Profile. Or make changes to your Contact Information, such as to your address, phone or email address.

Visit the Notifications section to update your eStatement email notification or to set payment reminders for your account.

Additional items such as insurance and title information are located under Resources. Find out how to provide your insurance information to us, or use our online auto loan calculator to estimate monthly payments for a new loan.
